It has been quite some time since I've had this car out and about. It was purchased in September of 1994 at Dan Young Chevrolet in Indianapolis. My dad ordered it for his "Midlife crisis" birthday. It now resides at my families house. My daughter got her first ride in it yesterday.

I learned to drive in this car and my wife and I drove it away from our wedding reception.

It isn't a "classic" in the normal sense of 60's muscle cars, but it represents something very special to me.

As it sits she has 40,051 miles on the clock - so it isn't necessarily a garage queen in the typical sense of "buy it and park it".

Thank you for looking.

1. She had been sitting for a while and was covered in dust. But washed and waxed for the nice summer weather.

2. A few bolt-on modifications.

3. Dynoed 273hp and 320 lb/ft at the wheels a few years back.

4. Still riding on 245/50ZR16 Goodyear Eagle GSC tires.

5. Medium Patriot Red Metallic is hard to find touch up paint for. But she is holding up fine.

6. The leather has held up quite nicely. Lost of Lexol conditioner has been used over the years.

Beautiful car. It's always nice to see a clean LT1 reminds me of my old Z28.

Very nice and very clean looking car. That top looks like it's still in great condition. Is it new or the original? I used to have a tan top on my car before switching to black and it never looked anywhere near that good!

Thank you for the comments.

Yes, it is the original tan top. Luckily, it has been garaged its entire life. Environmental contaminants have been at a minimum.

Very, very nice! Probably one of the finest '95 examples out there. Great and unusual color combo too. I really like it. Enjoy the ride!

That is really nice. At 40k miles, I like how you all actually drive it and enjoy it. Keep it looking nice man, I'd love to see that at a car show in another 15 years with 80k on it. It'll be 30 years old by then, in extremely nice, unrestored, original condition.

Beautiful car, and nice keeper. I still like the front end of the '93-'97 Camaros better than the '98-'02s.

A burnout from your wedding!!! ROFL!!! Way to make the new in-laws proud!!!

But yeah, it's good to see one of these cars staying in the family being cared for but still enjoyed. I hate to see these cars all ragged out because people didn't take care of them, but I also hate seeing them sitting in the garage with a cover all the time. And I will never understand loading up a car with performance mods and never driving it. :eyes:

Nice looking car. Keep it up.
