theres a couple brands..
what ever you do if you plane to make over 1k for power i would def go to a 4blt front cap also and not just splayed middles..due to the fact these blocks tend to beat the **** out of the front cap bearings in big power apps

I used the eagle splayed caps and you could definately tell that some were harder than others during the align bore. One was fairly soft and the other two were hard as hell. Either way they are cheap and will get the job done, I don't have any gripes with their quality

Anybody know the Pro-Gram part number or any other brand part number to use. The reason I ask is I keep reading some people saying you need the big journal ones and others saying that is not right. Also will I be able to reuse my windage tray, or does that just depend on my arp studs I get?

I used the Eagle on my latest build, used the Milodon in the past, between the two the Milodon was better quality. The Eagle set I got did not have washers for the splayed bolts. But the machineshop did a good job installing them.
