Default Anyone cleaned their interior *****?

I have been noticing mine are getting increasingly disgusting. The volume on the radio, the control ***** for the AC, the headlight ****, etc. Anyone ever taken them apart and cleaned them? I will be attempting this tomorrow. They were filthy when I bought the car, I guess the previous owner had acetic hands. I have never noticed anything like this on my previous cars. I guess something has changed for me. Either way, curious what you guys use and if you take the ***** off, etc?

I just took a microfiber towel, sprayed some Meg's interior detailer spray on the towel and scrubbed them clean. Same thing with the steering wheel, and turn signal stalk. Those things all get extremely dirty. Just be careful with the turn signal stalk as to not wipe off the lettering.

Yea the turn signal was absolutely disgusting when I bought it. You could not even see "SET" when I got it. Had to pick it off when a tooth pick, just solid gunk. I almost threw up....

dilluted simple green works great, as well as an old toothbrush

My AC and headlight ***** I would clean about once a year, as well as scrub the steering wheel controls with a toothbrush.

i always used my air compressor and then actually goof off worked really well. i then hit everything with some armorall which seems to protect it from getting super dirty again.

do you smoke, pick your nose a lot or eat a lot of greasy food.

really it is what gets on your hands and clothes, even just putting a window down the car gets filthy. i clean my car once a month just to get dirt and crap out of it.
