Default Cost to paint a front bumper?

How much should it run to repaint an ls1 camaro front bumper? I told my buddys dad to give me a quote for a black car and he said $300. As in i drop the bumper off, he does all the prep and paint work, i pick the bumper up and put it back on. Does this sound too high? Thanks guys

Depending on your cars current paint condition you might want to have it painted on car so's it'll match the rest of the car. Just a reminder.

300 would be a fair price.

That sounds like a pretty good deal. I just had a new passenger fender and bumper painted for $440. This included, labor, primer/sealer, paint, and clear. I did the same thing as you and removed and re-installed the panels myself. Mine were painted off of the car and not blended and it's very hard to see the difference. If I could have afforded it, I would have it blended.

$300 sounds about right. Like was said before though might be easier to paint match on the car. I just had one done for me and you can definetly tell the difference. I'm kinda dissapointed.
