Will these valve springs work?

Will these valve springs work?
I bought a set of used ported heads, so the springs were unknown on them. I had the machine shop check them out, and this is what they gave me:
110# seat @ 1.850 height
320# open @1.350
420lb/in spring rate
Installed at 1.800 on the heads now
(this means they currently have 131# seat as installed, correct?)
Coil Bind: 1.130"
My cam is custom LE cam with 22x/22x duration and .565/.565 lift, and he recommended 145#+ on the seat for this cam, and suggested Patriot Gold springs.
**My question is this, will these springs, installed at say 1.76" work with this setup? This should give 147.8# seat and 384 open, correct?
Also, how close to coil bind is considered safe to go with?

I plan on keeping the RPM's below 6300 since it is a stock bottom end.
So, I have tried searching, but are there any suggestions on how to setup the install height exactly to 1.75? I've never done anything with valve springs before. I assume a valve spring micrometer is needed, and my 8" digital caliper will not work accurately?
BTW *side note*, can't wait to see how your build turns out with E85, mine is also E85, but of course with the stock bottom end i am limited to about 12:1 SCR, but my cam puts me at about 9.4-9.5 DCR, so that should help.

Get a set of assorted shims and play around. You really should do each spring individually, most will end up being the same shims, but I had a spring or two that was off by about .010. The shims aren't all exact either, usually off by .002 or so, so you can mix and match. Does it really have to be that exact? No, but I got my 1518s all setup within 1.734-1.736 and I felt that was important when i'm running ~.040 from coilbind.
we'll soon see on my setup.... shortblock is getting picked up today, should have it in the car with the DFI buttoned up on saturday. Fuel system's not done. Gonna sump the stock tank and run a big alcohol compatible pump inline, but I'll get it broken in on the walbros.
