Default 4L60E Identification

Anyone got decode information for the sticker on a 4L60E??

I picked up a 4L60 for my jeep project. Seller claimed it was out of a 2003 silverado. Just like to confirm, and find out exactly what it's out of.

I see you haven't gotten any replies to this. I need the same information on a transmission I just bought. Did you find another source to decode this?

Thanks,
Richard

Here, this one looks a little closer to what the OP probably has.
It has the same brodcast code just different application.

I didn't see that at first.
I guess if it's a 2005 the input shaft will look like this.

And if it's a 1995 it will look like this.
