LM1 is as advertised. it is Loud. I had it on my car for a few months and got rid of it cause it was too loud. can't even talk to the person next to you. I would definitely shy away from it. Of course I don't have cats and I have longtubes and a cam. Just my .02 GMMG is a far better sounding exhaust. IMHO

imo nothing beats the sound of a chambered exhaust. GMMG all the way but i'm not the one driving your car so it really depends on what you like. check out www.ls1sounds.com and listen to some clips on there.

i think 500 for gmmg is fairly cheap. but not 100 percent sure on that.

GMMG!

IMO, its an easy choice to make. It's loud, but not obnoxious and growls more than screams.

383 stroked engine here, LT and cats with a GMMG. I wouldnt have done it any differently.

well ill be the odd man out here. ive never heard gmmg in person so i cannot vouch for it really. however ive had lm1 for 5yrs and still havent got tired of it. its not that loud until you put lt's with it. then its pretty loud. ive had alot of compliments about my car and people telling my it sounds good though. just my two cents.

A lot of people hate a LM1 with LT's and ORY, but I like it. That being said I like that, but I LOVE my GMMG. Get it! lol

Here's a good example; the 11 sec Z28 has LM1, LT's, ORY. My car has LT's, ORY, GMMG. You can't even hear mine in this vid, lol.

Here's my car the same day running a stock quiet TBSS and you can hear my GMMG. It's a little loud @ WOT, but that's it. Really bassy and not raspy, (to me anyways).

Stay away from the LM unless you want to sound like a Harley or a dump truck

If you go with the LM, definately swap out the resonator for a Dynomax bullet. My buddy has LT's, catted Y, and LM with a Dynomax bullet, and sounds great. I'll see if I can get a sound clip of it today or something.
