Like stated, pulled axles and replaced the studs, all good. Installed C clips and the paddle will not slide in like it came out. It misses by a tiny bit, any help before my cousin takes a BFH to it and it all goes south......

Dremel a little off, don't use the BFH.

Put a slide hammer on the axle shaft and give a a couple good whacks , then do the other side. Ensure the calipers are not mounted prior to doing this.
