Default lq4 coolant crossover tube

I guess I am dumb, but when I put the ls6 intake on my lq4, it seems to sit just fine and does not hit the coolant tube, but it does look like it will interfere if I wanted to hook up the throttle body coolant passage though. Am I missing something here? I kept reading post that it would not clear.

My rear coolant passages were blocked off stock, and the front tube clears under the intake. Why the differences in coolant tubes? Can I just cap the one on the drivers side front where it used to go to the throttle body?

Early coolant tubes were similar to the car style which connected all 4 corners. Newer ones are similar to the LS6 setup and only connect the front ports

Give the intrusive tube slight bend out of the way and you'll be golden

I cut the coolant boss off the DBW t/b,[05 LQ4], and as Pocket said, bent the tube down.. GTG...
