Knocking sound from pass. front wheel under light braking only? Hope someone can help

Knocking sound from pass. front wheel under light braking only? Hope someone can help This one's got me racking my brain!
I'm getting a banging/knocking sound from the right front wheel when I lightly apply the brake. To give you a better idea of what I mean by "lightly", on a scale of 1-10 if 1 is just touching the brake and 10 is pressing it to the floor then this is about a 3-4. Pressing any harder than this and the sound gradually disappears the harder I press. In the last month I've replaced both front shocks/springs, tie rod ends, calipers, rotors, pads, & sway bar links. I also had a fresh alignment done. The wheel bearings and ball joints appear to be in good condition. I'm really at a loss here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestions. I finally tore everything apart and found my problem. It was a bent / worn caliper pin that was preventing the caliper from seating into the bracket properly. Pins replaced, problem solved!
