Knocking sound from pass. front wheel under light braking only? Hope someone can help
This one's got me racking my brain! I'm getting a banging/knocking sound from the right front wheel when I lightly apply the brake. To give you a better idea of what I mean by "lightly", on a scale of 1-10 if 1 is just touching the brake and 10 is pressing it to the floor then this is about a 3-4. Pressing any harder than this and the sound gradually disappears the harder I press. In the last month I've replaced both front shocks/springs, tie rod ends, calipers, rotors, pads, & sway bar links. I also had a fresh alignment done. The wheel bearings and ball joints appear to be in good condition. I'm really at a loss here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestions. I finally tore everything apart and found my problem. It was a bent / worn caliper pin that was preventing the caliper from seating into the bracket properly. Pins replaced, problem solved!
