Default Need help with fuel

Hey, guys, I got a prob. Fuel pump went out a few weeks ago and replaced it(with a stock unit). While the car was down I decided to finally put my headers on, and the a.i.r. and e.g.r. delete along with it. Now that its all back together, something aint right. If its cold, the motor spins 6 or 8 seconds before it will crank, but when its hot, it fires right up. Did figure out that if you turn the ignition on and off 5 or 6 times and prime everything it will fire up fine. Sooooo, obviously Im losing pressure somewhere. Just not sure if its the valve in the pump, or, when I was pulling vaccuum lines I got one going to the FPR. What do yall think would be more likely? If it could be the regulator, where does the vaccuum line run to? God, I hate to pull that pump back out

the line for the FPR goes in the intake on the passenger side you could use the top or the bottom dont think it makes a different.
