436 whp is a lot lower than I would expect

436 RWHP is what it made bone stock.

Nice!

In both runs there is quite a deliberate step @ 3700 rpm, why is that?

That's when the butterfly valves in the stock exhaust open up.

You can hear them open in the video.

I guess I have just listened to so many people that don't know say they are between 450-470 stock never heard a reputable source
