Default Leaking passenger side t-top

So my passenger side t-top is leaking - and I know why. In the sun and age, the t top seal has shrunk, giving a little gap between the t-top seal and the door weather stripping.

Now, is there a product, like Back to Black for vinyl that will maybe re-hydrate the seal, or am i going to have to go out and buy a new seal/maybe find a used t-top with a good seal?

Also, who sells the weather stripping for the best price?

try using dielectric grease, i dont think it will rehydrate them or make them like new but it should help keep most of the water out. as far as new seals, ive tried soft seal products on a few other cars. there not a bad product but there is nothing like factory stuff.
