LQ 9 into a 67 nova w/heidt's front clip
I'm converting my current combination from a 23 degree sbc to an LS motor @ the end of the season .....I just picked up a LQ9 motor out of a 2003 2500 hd pick up ....looking for header info & oil pan info ... has anyone done this yet??? thanks .....current power is a 434... best et 10.47@128.02....looking for 9.90 out of the new combination

They are made by Stainless Works for Churchboys Racing.Designed for stock clips but I am fairly sure they have been used on aftermarket clips with great success.I am not sure about pans for a clip,TomM over at

I just put a L92 in a 67 nova with a Heidt super ride in the front.
I used Sanderson 3/4 long 1.75" tube headers.Had to raise the engine slightly to clear the power rack. I used a Autocraft pan. A Camaro pan would worked just as well.
