Default SES for AIR even after it was tuned out

Last summer i had my car mail ordered tuned by frost and had the AIR codes turned off and they have been off ever since. After starting my car up for the first time since i put it away last fall it and driving it around for 10 minutes or so the SES light came on. I get the code scanned and i come up with: P0412. any ideas?

P0412 Secondary Air injection system Valve A malfunction

also getting
P0506 - Idle Air Control System RPM Lower Than Expected
but somehow the vac line in the back of the manifold for the hvac vents fell off while installing, didnt notice until i turned on my a/c so i figure thats the culprit

If you are getting an SES for the AIR system, then it wasn't tuned out properly.

IIRC, there's about 2-3 different codes in different locations in the DTC menu that have to be turned off for the A.I.R. systems. If the tuner didn't know all these codes, then they all haven't been turned off.

He also needs to turn off/uncheck the "SES enable" box, and set the code to "no error reported" in the DTC menu.

Cleared the code by taking the negative battery cable off for 15+ minutes, took the manifold off and fixed the vac leak in the back, put it back on and drove around for a half hour and SES never came back on. The p0412 code does not make sense....

Send me an email (steve@tunedbyfrost.com) with your full name. I'll look up your file and see if I made a mistake. If I did; I'd be happy to cover your S/H both ways and get it fixed up for you at no cost.

Damn I didn't even notice he said Frost in the first post.

Shame on you Frost. I expected more from a varsity letterman....

Haha

I'm not perfect, so if it's something that I did and that I can correct, I'd rather just fix it.

you just sent me the file i my brother who has hp tuner load it up for me. After driving around for 10 miles the SES light came back on and i went to autozone and used a code reader and had the same codes come up, i cleared out the codes and so far i have put another 70 miles on it and it seems to be fine.

It probably had one cycle on the code so it popped the next time you drove it.

Found you...

00 A4 cam, no stall

The calibration was emailed to you (or your brother)...

I didn't miss that code; it's set to no error. Maybe whoever loaded your tune can answer to the issue. Here is a screen shot of the DTC list in compare to an OEM 00 file to highlight the changes:
