I want to go to a race style long tube header, mostly because they are cheaper. But in PA the car can't have the SES light on to pass emissions or be throwing any codes. What would be the easiest way to remove the air pump EGR and all the crap that goes with it, and keep the check engine light from coming on? Is there a simple way to do it?

have the emissions tuned out of the computer by someone like madtuner. then buy an egr blockoff plate and you should be good.
