Default Trouble code P0757 4l60e

I sometimes get this code which puts the trans into a limp mode not shifting. I can turn car off for a few minutes then its fine. I know its "Shift selonoid B stuck on'. iTS A BUILT 4L60E. can the selonoid be accessed or is it inside trans casing? What can I do? Thanks for any help!

The solenoid can be accessed by taking the pan off.

Whether it's actually bad or you're getting a false P0757 may depend on the tune, torque converter, etc.
It's common for high stall converters to throw this code at random when nothing is wrong.

Delete it along with P0751 to save yourself future headaches if you have a stall.

This just happened to me after 5 years / 50k miles on the current modified setup without problems. Going down the highway today and got the P0757 out of nowhere. Never had the code before, very strange.....
