black on black, excellent condition worth?
I know a few years ago this might have pulled $13,000 ish, but not sure about now?

You didn't mention mods so I'll think 'stock'. Nice, decent mileage should still fetch close to that amount but $10,000 - $11,000 might be the real price if you must sell now. You can certainly ask that if the car is in very good to excellent condition as you state. A 6-speed SS with that kind of mileage should be considered very desireable.

that car's almost 13 years old, you're talking about 3k per year.... if it were to be stock, and in very good condition, very clean well taken care of interior, you could fetch the 13k i think.

yeah 13k is never going to happen. you should probably take an offer in the 8-9k range. there are a slew of people out there that think their ls1 f-body is worth 10k+, and it is very rare that they get it.
