10 Second Club - LS2 350z--10.8@138 9psi on pump =)

Drove my car 120miles to the track on Wednesday and was able to net 33mpg(66 miles consumed 2 gallons of gas) on drag radials in the terrible 103* heat. My goal was to drive the car to the track hopefully run a 10 without doing anything to the car other than lowering tire pressure and drive it home without breaking it.
My first run was on 6psi with the 2 step set to 3600rpms and the second run(both on pump) I turned the boost up to 9psi and set the 2 step to 4200rpms(which was too high for the drag radials) I barely warmed up the tires on both runs for the fear of snapping a stock axle like I did last time so I did quick easy burnouts. On the 2nd pass the car came out of the hole terrible(you can hear me let off and get back on it..sounded like I shifted) but once it hooked in 2nd the car pulled like a fkn monster. I cant wait for it to be a little cooler..im going to come back on real slicks and some race gas with 10+psi.

Something is wrong with my posi so I didnt even do a burnout. I just cleaned the tires off. Im gonna go back with slicks and more boost once I put a nice diff in there.

I planned on upgrading the suspension and differential once I proved a few "know it alls" wrong who said 10s cant be done on stock axles/suspension.

Congrats! it should move out in good air, more boost and better meats. I also LOVE people who drive their cars to the track, run awesome times and drive back home. I like seeing real (fast) street cars do just that. :angel:

Has the mph for a high 9....plenty of room to grow. Congrats on the 10 though.

I have seen you tooling around town in it and definitly sounded good when I saw it at the MJ Dukes car show.

Youtube is a no no at work, was that LVD and is there any safety equip in the car, cage, seat belts, etc etc.

What exhaust are you running? That just doesn't sound like an LS2.
