Default Seriously? Look at this ad...

I logged on to LS1tech this morning, and check out the ad at the top of the page! Now I have no problem with Toyotas, but come on now, this is a GM oriented website, and they are advertising for Toyota?

Oh well, the sites the same to me. I can careless what ads are on the page as long as the website is still functional. They're pretty easy to ignore. It's hard to complain about a website trying to make money, when they are offering bad *** FREE information to us.

The site is still the same site, offering the same things. I just find it funny how they are advertising for the competitors.... And this site does not offer badass free information on its own, all the "badass free information" comes from the community of members, not the website itself...

Its a means of getting bad *** free information. Advertising for the "competitors"? I don't know about you, but I don't work for GM, nor do I own any stock with them, so I can careless how much money they make.

Unless you're weak minded, you aren't going to click on any of these ads anyways. Go to LS2.com if you don't like all these "competitor ads", lmfao.

No I don't work for GM, nor do I own any stock. But when I am a member of a website called "LS1tech.com" I expect the ads on the site to be GM, or high performance related, not advertising for new Toyotas. I did not start this thread because I am sick of the ads, I simply saw that ad for Toyota and found it kind of funny how a website designed around GM enthusiasts is advertising for other car manufacturers. If you can't wrap your mind around this, please don't post in here.

Oh I fully understand, I dont think it's "funny" though. Can you blame them for making money? If someone offered you $5,000 a month to put a Toyota bumper sticker on your car... Would you do it? I know I would.

Lexus Recalls 138,000 Vehicles To Replace Valve Springs http://www.gminsidenews.com/forums/f...springs-93453/

270,000 Lexus Vehicles Sold with Faulty Engines http://www.gminsidenews.com/forums/f...engines-93263/

I agree with the OP, LS1tech should have nothing do with Toyota.

There's a thread on here called "What's the dumbest question anyone ever asked you about your car.."
As i read the last entry in the thread "What's the dumbest question anyone ever asked you about your car?" a banner ad appeared below all the comments, and there, phrased as a question was:
" Is Buick Enclave right for you?"

.
