whats the widest possible tire you can put on a 2000 z28 without it rubbing or bumping or having to beat in the fender well like ive seen some people do???

I have 315's on my car. It is lowered and I get a very slight/occasional rub if I hit a big dip or bump, which I might be able to fix by adjusting the panhard bar a little. I wouldn't try to go any wider though. Obviously you have to have the correct width wheels and offset.

I think every car varies slightly, some people have better luck than others.

255/50/16's can cut some really good 60' times with drag radials / slicks...

Besides, I like looking bone stock and stomping people into the ground
