Default electrical problem

Ok I'm having problems with my 2000 LS1 and don't know where to start. Neither one of the fans is turning on or any of my lights inside. What can I start checking? The car was previously in a front end accident. Thanks

Start by checking the fuses.

Yup fuses,, then if you cant figure it out,, start by isolating one system, say the interior lights,, trace the system circuit wiring out, looking for power from the switch on,, if you have it at the switch then the fuses and block is fine, then check at a light, if you have power at the light and no LIGHT COMING ON,, then start with your grounds,, it is very possible that the ground is shared with other circuits, causing more than one problem.. if you dont have power at the light, then look for a shorted wire. Hope this helps..
Remember Isolate on one system,, dont try to solve all the problems at once. Get a manual and look at the schematics, that will help out a ton. You will be able to see if the circuits are sharing grounds or power sources.
