Dyno Guesses & Bench Racing Forum - How could I do against a modded Challenger?

I have a 02 WS6 M6 current mods are: Slp lid, bbk shortys, LMII catback.

A friend of mines has a new Challenger R/T that is moddified. I'm not sure of all his mods but I know he has: Cold air intake, long tubes and a dyno tune. Also 100 shot of laughing gas but won't be used in our race.

I know if I race him now I'll get spanked. Especially because my tune is very bad. But the mods I will have on once it's time to line up both cars will be: slp lid, chris1313 intake, ARH headers, catted Y, LMII catback, Nitto 555 exrtreme performance rear tires (stock wheels), SFC's, and a dyno tune.

Prediction on this match up?

PS. What do you guys predict would happen if I raced a srt8 car?

I predict this being moved to the correct section (Bench Racing). Just as soon as a MOD reads it. However you should beat him even now if he is not using the spray

you should beat him with your current mods if your car is running right pretty easily, an SRT8 car would give you a better run. neither car is anything to be takin lightly, with the right mods the 5.7 and 6.1 can roll out pretty good

I think you could easily take him without the spray. I've raced a couple srt8s with most likely just exhaust and they are fairly slow.

My tune is what's in the back of my head haunting me. I had it scanned and put the log on here and everyone says it's a crappy tune.

I just had nitto's mounted on yesterday so I'm feeling a little cocky.

Awhile back I raced a magnum r/t that had intake,full exhaust,and a tune And we were neck and neck. I started to creep away at the higher mph. Btw I was stock when I did this.

That's an R/T, the SRT8's have an alluminum intake-

You'll tear another A-hole in that. I ran an RT with 396rwhp and took it by a little over 2 1/2 cars. And I only have a k&n and lid. :)

I know you said new but is it brand new? 09 or newer? They got a HP bump in 09. JayplaySS is correct, it is and R/T. I wonder how he knows........ ha ha
