Question 60' formula?

is there a formula for figuring out how much your mph would change as your 60' changes? also does the formula of mph x speed really show how close you are too running theoretically as close to a perfect run as possible?? and if so how much difference should there be in the total differences as far as 1/8 and 1/4? i figured up my times and my 1/8 was a 739.7 and 1/4 was 1442.77 . my 60' was a 2.096 and am wondering how much realistically would it help me if i was cutting say a 1.7 60' time? sorry for all the questions at once but its late and i'm tired..

from what i was told every .1 off the 60 is .15 off the qtr. mile time. seems to be accurate for me for the most part.

Right, but a little 60ft one way or the other really won't effect MPH much at all.
