Includes a 10 year maintenance package just like the brand new Cadillac program. Just curious if anyone would spend the extra money to get this warranty if they offered it.

i dont see why some one wouldnt buy this warranty, if you have the money to buy a 12' C6 Z/ZR1 you most likely have the $ for the warranty, i would be more likely to drag and push the car way harder with the warranty. plus thats a LONG warranty

This is GM/Chevy's halo car. Let the customers drive the hell out of it for 10 years. Those customers and their familes will be GM loyal forever because of the great care GM gave to them. GM prob wont recieve a great profit from this extended warranty, but they will recieve a loyal following of GM customers because of the Z06/ZR1 Corvette. Turn the last model year C6 into a marketing car not a profit car. Plus the final group of C6s built should stay on the road forever.

On the ZR1, yes. On the Z06 no.
I wouldn't mod the ZR1. I would mod the Z06.
Why? Because the ZR1 is going to be highly collectible and it's already got 638HP. And if I had the money for the ZR1, I'd already have a Z06 I'm modding to begin with and it's going to be a lot faster than the ZR1 in the first place. The ZR1 would be just a fun weekend cruiser.

Some dealerships will let you do some mods on the car and still keep the warranty like city chevrolet...They even send their cars they work on to a local tuner for tunes....Now i think i could dig a full bolt on pullied zr1 with a 200,000 mile warranty...I would drive the ever living **** outa that thing oh my god....But thats probably wishful thinking.......They are bad ***, i just think they are a little too overpriced....Im hoping a few will start popping up with some miles on them and maybe get one at a decent price, but i doubt it......
