as the title says its a 91 talon tsi,white with brown interior. 3000 miloes on stock rebuilt engine, act 2600 clutch,magnaflow exhaust. the catch is that it is sitting on 3bald tires and a spare,and that it doesnt start.the starting issue is either from a bad ground or it needs an alternator,havent spent the time to find out yet.so what do you guys think its worth
