so heres what i have. competition stage 4 clutch. ofcourse i get tons of chatter taking off, but i have a problem that just started developing. 80% of the time when i have the clutch pushed in (doesnt matter if im in gear or not) im getting this LOUD grinding sound. let out on the clutch and its gone. you can clearly hear the grinding get faster as im letting out. so im thinking slave cyl/throw out bearing. anyone disagree. just want more opinions before i pull it out

sounds like a throwout bearing issue to me. YOu need to pull the trans and just do a gull inspection.
