Trading the Vette for a GTO.... big mistake? 
You know guys... this is a tough decision. The Vette was my Mom's. She bought it 2 months prior to the day the motorcycle accident ended her life. I bought if for sentimental reasons. It has been a great car. It has 17k miles and now has 49,300 miles on it since I grabbed it for cash from Capital One. I got a great deal and will be getting what I paid for it in the trade.
But the Red, Auto, Convertible combination is getting it's *** kicked by a mod worthy 6 speed, Black, Backseated Pontiac.....
The 245 tire makes the Goat suck. So does the weight. But I really want a Black C6 Z06, it is out of my range (I love having great cars and zero payments!) for now. Business comes first.
Hope that helps. Personal opinions aside on the "look" (I am 50/50 but like it more than a Mustang) what else do y'all think?
The GTO is 17k, the Vette will go for around 22k.

cuz my oldass lt1 keeps up with em stock. the vette has sentimental value which is why you should keep it. if anything, keep the vette as a daily or a weekend cruiser and buy a z06 for fun. from what people are saying you have a charger. sell that piece of **** and dont look bad. the only good thing chrysler puts out lately are their diesel trucks, and the cummins is what makes it so great, not the dodge factory
