Hpp 3 reset?

Hpp 3 reset? I bought a used hpp3 of ebay well the guy didn't reset it and he has sold his car so now what do I do so is there anyway other way to reset it. There has to be cause hpp will do it for you. Any help here guys?

Yeah I can send it back to hpp to get it reset I hope he said he would pay for it. IF not am gettign my money back.
