Western Members - May have to take out loan on Camaro to pay lawyer

I'm a local truck driver and got a ticket for missing a hazmat placard in addition to the ones that were already on the trailer. Hard to explain unless you know about hazmat. Anyways, it's a misdemeanor and was told that I can loose my truckers license, get a criminal record, and some other bad stuff. There for I need to hire a lawyer to either have it dropped or lowered to an infraction. The lawyer said $1,200 before anything can be done. I'm not sure how much a public defender can do since I need a lawyer who knows the trucking industry and I think that a hired lawyer may be more competent.
The only place that I know is 1800loanmart.
If anyone can please help me with other info about a loan or a lawyer, please let me know. Thanks.

such bs man. they pull trucks over here just to find something wrong and cite them. sometimes the drivers come back with a ticket for "no spare fuses" just because they couldn't find anything wrong.
