Cam for 403 with Single Plane and 4150 TB?
I have changed my intake setup a little bit by going from a ported FAST90/90 to a heavily ported Vic Jr and a 4150 Accufab. Here is some details on the setup:
403 11.7:1
TFS235 Heads
ARH 1-7/8 Headers and Y-pipe dumped
Currently has a 254/258 .623/.623 113lsa LSL Lobes that was speced for the FAST intake
I'm going to try this cam out with the single plane but from my understanding these shorter runner intakes like earlier intake valve events so I was thinking about a new camshaft and know there are alot of similar setups on here but I understand camshaft specs are top secret it seems but would like to be pointed in the right direction.
I'm thinking for a drag application with some street duty a cam something like this would work...
246/258 LSL lobes on a 110LSA
The car will see a 250-300 shot as well so I want it to perform NA but also want it to respond to a nice shot at the same time, I know it's hard to get best of both worlds but hey I can ask haha. What do you guy's think?

Awsome! Keep me updated on how it runs. I'm going to try the cam I have first but many many people are telling me it's too big. Mine is currently installed on a 111* ICL and I think it would work much much better advancing it 4* or so. But if I take it down that far I'm just pulling this cam out and putting another back in it.

246/258 sounds like a winner. Make it 110° LSA with 2° advance built in (108° intake centerline). My 421 with a non ported Victor Jr has a cam with almost exactly 10° less duration on intake and exhaust and the 110° LSA and 108° ICL; but my car is not a drag car, and you have better heads than I have. The bigger cam will work well for you I think.

Well I had a very reputable person spec the cam for me and to my supprise it was nearly identical to what I had posted earlier. Can't wait to get it in and see how it does.
I did a little work on Brian Tooley's 454" in his C5 and he is running a newer FAST102 on his setup along with some TFS245 heads and his car laid down 599rwhp and drove like a mild cam only C5. Makes me really re-consider why I switched to this darn single plain intake.
