Worth?
Here is what your car has going for it.
Its a convertable
and it has the 5.7 liter in it!
Key factors in what its worth- with it being over 100k miles- that surely is not going to help it, but it also might not hurt it.
How stock is the car? If it hasnt been touched- as in headers, aftermarket exhaust, and things like that- this will help on the value of your car.
The key to these cars (which is huge) is does the car still retain its factory paint? Has the car been repainted? If its been repainted, it actually does hurt the value- dont ask me why- but these 3rd gen collectors are kinda odd- but i get there point!
About 5 years ago- i sold a 87 hardtop 5.7 auto, red with tan interior- 33k original miles for 8500. It was original paint, but someone put headers, a 2200 stall converter- and flowmaster muffler on it. Doesnt seem like alot- but collectors just downed the fact it had those couple things.. Now, in these times i see my same car going for 8-10,000.
With yours being a convert- and leather and 5.7. even with the high miles- i would suspect (if its a clean car) 6000-6500. If its super clean, the interior is not ripped up, and has original paint(even with a couple nicks) the key is original - not touched- see probably around 7000-8000.
Not to make you upset- but you do have a very rare car, if it were to have 30k miles or less on it- ive seen some go for 12-16,000.
Hope this helps- post some picts!

For myself, and many collectors, the miles are too high and the non-stock engine are deal killers. The car is still desireable to some and in the price range that 'bigblock' spoke of in the above post. Maybe. Many questions to ask. Great condition means zip.

much appreciate the info, im not sure if the paint if original or no, however i do know its the original color. either way, it is very clean, and i would be happy to get 5k for the car, so it seems that is very doable. thanks so much for the info again!
