I was trying to measure my car last night to decide on how long the tail length needs to be to get my ecm into the glove box in my 72 chevelle.

it looks like about 40" has anyone done this and have a final opinion on the best length?

If you are using speartech I'd guess he'd have info on the harness he built for me. Maybe I can find the receipt or measure. I have mine located up behind the glove box. Glove box was not modified and still works as normal. I enlarged a hole thru the firewall and used a rubber gromit that I think they provided.

Speartech did a nice job on my harness.
