Default Headlight cover adjustment question

So the guy that had the car before me, cut the wires on my headlight motors, b/c they made noise. I finally got around to wiring them back up today to find out the drivers side gear was stripped. So I did the free fix, works like a charm now. So everything on my drivers side is great. Now to the passenger side. The headlight motor doesn't make noise or have any problems, its the gap between my hood and headlight cover that is the problem. Its like I need to move the whole assembly towards the front of the car. You can tell b/c the gap between headlight assembly and front bumper is three times as big as what the drivers side is. Hood sits perfectly level and all that, so I don't wanna mess with it. My question is how in the hell do I move this assembly towards the front. Is it the torx screws or what? I don't wanna take this whole thing apart with no knowledge of what exactly I need to do.

thanks in advance
