I purchased the engine and trans combo below from Cody on 5 May. I received the engine and trans minus the harness, ecm, all sensors, shifter and power steering pump on 4 June. The engine was poorly packed and tied down. The exhaust ports, throttle body and shifter housing were left open without any kind of covering. The alt pulley was mangled and the dipstick tube was crushed. I was told I would receive the rest of the parts by the time I received the engine and trans and then that they would be sent out the middle of june. I have not heard anything from him since 13 June. He hasn't returned phone calls, emails or pms since. He seemed like a great guy early in the process, but has since disappeared. I was able to get a refund for the parts I didn't receive from my credit card company, but I wanted to put this out there to prevent someone else from getting burned. If you are going to do business via the web with him, buyer beware.

Thinking of taking out the stock motor/trans out of the 2002 and swapping some stuff over.

This is for the complete motor, trans, harness( off the 98), and pcm (off the 98).
Ported Throttle body (as of last night).
The car runs very very strong for being stock. It actually surprised me.

Throttle body to tailshaft, nothing removed.

Why the low miles you ask? Here is why.
The last motor in the ws6 dropped a valve ~4-5k miles ago, destroying the engine. It was replaced with a complete brand new longblock assembly, and the trans was rebuilt at the time since the car has ~100k on the body.

I am looking for $4250 for the combo (local pickup). Exhaust manifolds will still be on it.
For an additional $500, I will install a 236/230 cam with coordinating springs.

I can ship this to the cont. 48 via truck freight.

PRICE SHIPPED, WITH PAYPAL FEES INCLUDED IS $4,600.

Pm me if interested, these will not be split up.

Talked to him tonight and he is supposed to be taking care of it. I will update later.

After 5 months all I've got is an engine that needs a complete rebuild and a lot of empty promises. Haven't heard anything in over a month. I see he hasn't been on here for almost 3 months, but if he ever does show up again steer clear of anything he's selling.
