Has anyone ever powdercoated thier HP evo's?

There was a guy here that did that same thing by himself. He powder coated them at his house using an old kitchen oven.

Ask Silverghost about it...I was interested in doing the centers of my old chrome Z06 wheels and he said that if there are any imperfections in the plating that it could cause problems.

Well I decided to pull the trigger and go through with it, my Evo's are at the shop getting powder coated gloss black.

Here is a couple photo shops CHAMAN did for me, feed back is very much apreciated.

Still not a fan of black wheels, but black and red look hot. Will be a nice upgrade!

I thought about it in the past, but the fake rivets seemed like they would be an issue. Lookin forward to some pics once they are done, you are definitly commited to keeping them now you put the $$$$ into powercoating them.

I've also heard of the rivets being an issue, who knows what's going to happen when those bitches get tossed in the oven LOL

I think those will look a lot better than the chrome look. It looks a lot better with the red.
