You can use a stock PCM - personally, I would, along with a 2 or 3 bar custom operating system... Yes, they are tuned with a laptop using a tuning software like EFILive or HPTuners. The best PCM to use is a #0411.

How much boost are you running? What kind of injectors are they? What is it going in and what kind of transmission?

The 2 bar operating system is put into the PCM using the tuning software - and you use a 2 bar MAP sensor and then you can fuel it accurately in Speed Density without a Mass Airflow Sensor. Those injectors may be a bit hard to tune on idle - are they high or low impedence?

We have them in stock they are $75 set up to a stock custom os5. Shipping would be about 20 bucks.

You would need V1 hardware, I have a used one laying round for 400 if you want one.
