Is v-6 to v-8 swap possible in gen 5s? Anyone done a v-6 to v-8 swap in a gen 5 yet? I bought a v6 for my daily driver but as soon as it's paid off I'd like to do a v8 swap. Didn't know if anyone had any experience doing a swap? I figure the PCM would be the only
major issue but surely it can be overcome, I hope?

Yeah I was thinking the harness for sure. I'm wondering if swapping the harness would be just a simple plug and play? Anyone know for sure about the cradle?

I do agree with that to a certain extent, it's not entirely true for me personally. If I had a v8 car I would want to do a motor/tranny/rear swap as well so it's money I'd spend anyway. Plus doing most of the work myself helps, as well as the small savings on fuel and insurance on the v6 for 4 years helps too.
