What did you guys use to remove this oil stain??

in the the heads/rockers?? I'm in the process of doing heads and cam and I want to clean the rockers from the stain before putting the triunion upgrade kit on the rockers. Hot water? Dawn?

Shyte is nasty looking.

i took off my valve covers recently.......they were NASTY.....cleaned em with spray aluminum wheel cleaner....outside and in.....nice and new now
