drive by wire 2000 5.3 ok, i have a friend who bought a harness on ebay, said it was an 2000 5.3 harness and pcm.
he calls me and tells me its a fly by wire....
the part number is a 16220610 on the pcm. and the harness is fly by wire....
did they use fly by wire in 2000?

I agree Joe. I think only the 411s were used for DBW applications with the RED/BLUE PCMs.

Is it possible that they sent your friend a PCM and a harness from something else? I have a DBC harness if you need one. PM me.
