Default After market "Y" pipe with factory manifolds

Does anyone make one? I want to keep the factory exhaust manifolds but would like to have a aftermarket Y pipe and hi flo CATS.

SLP makes one, but you may as well send a picture of you pointing to your *** to SLP and tell them you want it right there, cause thats what its going to cost you damn near.

anyways, this is designed to go behind your stock cats, so you would probably have to fab up some pipes from the manifolds to the Y-pipe with your high flow cats in place.

not trying to tell you what to do with your car. But man you should at least put headers on and keep the hi flow cats with the loudmouth it would sound a hell of alot better and make more HP

no I just picked it up on the 24th. The owner didnt know anything about the car so im going to install a 8psi pulley, alky control kit & AEM wideband and get it tuned and then Ill probably take it to PRP just for fun. Its still got the 10 bolt 3:42 & street tires. Its more fun than my H/C setups and twin turbo setups.

I love the way it sounds right now. Ive heard the SLP loudmouth with LTs & no cats and it sounds like crap IMO (im suprised how good it sounds with stock manifolds & CATS....and I know LT's will give me more power but with the 8psi pulley, it will give me all power that this stock motor needs.

Here is one Dynomax makes that is a direct replace, no place for high flow cats, but if you had some, you could easily fit them in this system. Would give you a clean look, but still hold the factory type setup. Not too bad on price, but not sure how much the SLP one is.

That was what I was looking for for my LM1 setup before I rolled upon a good deal for some Hooker LTs, so I just deal with the raspy loud sound, but now Im going to try the Power Flo conversion on it to see how it sounds and mellows out the rasp any.

Here is something else I looked into that keeps the stock look, but gives a little gain. Also gives you better access to your plugs and cleans up the bay some.

Im running one of the SLP y pipes behind my stock cats, and will soon have the LM1 on the car. So far, with the POS spiral flow someone built, it sounds decent. I just want a real catback.
