will a 95 RWD van 4L60E fit a 04 GTO?

Just smoked the A4 out of my Goat. a friend has a rebuilt 4L60E out of a van he was going to use for a projec, said I could have it..... Will it work?

No not easily anyway, The pwm and 3-2 solenoids are wrong, You would need a spacer likes used for a th350-400 swap for the converter. You would have issues with the converter bolt holes .
