Default slipping during no throttle?

the car is a 99z 81k miles auto, slp induction and a muffler, just bought it, goes through the gears fine, full throttle, part throttle, normal driving... however going down a hill coasting, it feels like its trying to downshift to third?
servo going bad?

Sometimes deceleration fuel cutoff will give you a bucking
behavior (especially locked).
