Default injector bank issue

I've got an LS6 swap in an Miata controlled by an '04 GTO PCM with a vanilla mailorder tune to delete the basics. I figured I'd pick up HPtuners to see what the hell is going on.

The problem is the bank 2 02 drops down to zero and ST goes through the roof while the bank 1 02 gets pegged.

I checked for spark and the coil packs look OK. I decided to pull the injector clips one at a time and if I pull a clip on either side and then reconnect it the problem seems to fix itself, at least for a while.

Attached is the *.hpl showing the whacked out 02 and fuel trims and then showing them settle down when any injector is disconnected then reconnected.

Any ideas? Bad injectors? Should I swap bank 1 injectors for bank 2 injectors and see if the problem switches sides?

Thanks,
Frank

Swapping bank 1 injectors with bank 2 injectors did nothing.

It has. But wouldn't swapping the all 4 pax injectors to driver side and having the same issue with the pax O2 indicate it's not an injector issue?

Sounds like maybe you have the O2 sensors plugged opposite - swap them at the plugs and your problem should go away.

I think I see what you mean. Swap the actual plug wiring on the same side. Will try.

I did replace an O2s before from an OEM from Denso to a univeral where I had to wire in the plug. But after I swapped them side to side there was no difference.

Rockauto has denso OEMs with plug at 37 so I'll pick up a couple just to have and try but I doubt this is the issue.

Bumping this. Swapped leads and the problem swaps banks. O2 lead wiring problem?

Guess I'll check continuity on Low and High.
