Does anyone sell individual valve stem seals?

Does anyone sell individual valve stem seals? I've got some oil getting into cylinder number 3. I checked the valve stem seals on that cylinder and they look a little mangled. I can only find complete sets of 16 for sale, does anyone just sell these things individually? I don't need the whole set, just one intake and one exhaust.....
