Default Will I need tuning?

First off, I have a 2001 Trans Am WS6. It is a 6 speed. About Spring/early summer I am going to be putting in Pacesetter LTs with catted Y pipe (with my GMMG), LS1 Hotcam, ASP crank pulley and possibly BGRA. Do you guys think I am going to need tuning? If so, what kind of tuning would I need and how much would it cost. I want to get the best tune so my car runs its best with the best drivability possible. Thanks a lot guys!

after a while the computer will tune itself pretty much by itself, it will stall at first then it will start to idle with ac on will stall but after a few days at the most a week the car will run fine, my car was a 99 with the hot cam, after a month the service engine light even went out.
