Wont start Fuel issue after Install

Wont start Fuel issue after Install Just got through with a install of the my whole new top end. I have spark but this thing just cranks and cranks. I have fuel pressure at the rail. But When i pulled the plug in #2 their seemed to be no trace of gas. I have cranked this thing a lot so their should be some fuel. Any ideas? Seems like the fuel is just not getting to past the rail.
