I just received my 416 short block and for economically reason i want to stick with stock heads for now tell i get more cash and decide what is the best for me. I have two heads laying around me LS3 and LS7 heads and both are stock non ported so what do you think is better to go with for F/I application?

what is your bore? Im pretty sure stock Ls7 heads have to have a 4.100 bore or larger for the valves to clear

It is 4.07"
Also i have Trick Flow 235cc LS1 heads. CNC ported, as i know the heads flow 350 CFM.

I dont understand your thread. So you are saying you have 3 different sets of heads, one of which is trickflow? What intake(s) do you have? I would run the trick flows for sure. You are a bit on the thin side of bore diameter for the LS7.

I think it would be VERY hard to get LS1 heads to flow 350CFM assuming these are TFS ported LS1 castings. You might want to get them independently flowed to help your decision.

Yes i have three sets of heads, the trick flow comes with Fast intake, and the other two heads came with stock intakes.

I would think the TFs would be more torque .. Nice small port.

Bolt the TFS 235's and the FAST on there and don't look back! Just make sure you get a cam speced for cathedral port heads. Check with Pat G or Geoff at EPS, they will fix you up with a proper cam!
