Default Parents old junker, what to do with it?

My parents have the uglies and saddest vehicle on gods green earth but they have told me I am allowed to do whatever I want to it as long as it runs. I don't want to spend more than $200 on it but I think it should become my practice vehicle. I can practice painting a car and porting a TB and intake. I need more ideas for very cheap things to do to it. I'm talking welding, fabricating, painting, electronics, mounted nerf guns, leaf blower turbo, and everything else I can do. Should/Could I port the heads? I'm up for any idea
that's cheap and will still allow it to run.

The link is the car but in a lovely dark green color, like a stain. Roof paint is bubbling (sun roof?) and most of the paint has peeled. It has the 2.4 mitsubishi 4 cylinder engine. Its the 4g64 engine from a eclipse but I think its be downgraded in hp.

I am not saying to do this, but you could do something I saw in a A-team Episode. I think it was something to do with Highway thieves and the A-team Van need a shot of Nitrous.

Well after stealing some Medical Grade stuff, he hooked it up as basically a Bottle, a line, fed to the air horn in the filter and they acutated with just turning the ****.

Totally un realistic but you could get a bottle, warmer, single feed to a nozzel and simply do the same.

Basically you would need to be quick to shut if down so not to introduce a Nitrous Backfire, or HAVE enough shut down to close off the bottle during WOT operation then get off the throttle.

That be some funny *** Youtube ****.

Take a class on body work and use it for practice. Clean it up and drive it cheap. Learn to do maintenance and upkeep. a
