Default IAC Trouble

Having odd idling issues now that my swap is up and runnning. The car wouldnt idle at all, after testing some things I replaced the IAC motor and ran a ground wire to the TB and it solved the problem... I thought. The car will idle fine all the way up to opertating tempature, no problem. If I cut the car off and re start it, it will not idle period. I can cut it off and start it over and over again and it wont idle. If I leave it alone for a couple hours to cool off, it starts up and idles fine untill I cut it off again.

This thing is driving me crazy.

The IAC valve is supposed to retract upon cycling the key, perhaps it is getting stuck or you have a wiring issue causing the pintle to not retract and keep the idle set too low.

This may help try to reset the PCM for that sensor. Unplug the IAC and the TPS turn the key on for a few then back off. Plug the sensors back in and turn the key on it will reset It.

Where did you run a ground wire to on the throttle body? And why?
